Ingredients

  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup kewpie mayo
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of 1/2 lemon)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add anchovies and garlic. Pulse several times to mince finely. Add the rest of the ingredients: kewpie mayo, parmesan cheese, half & half, lemon juice, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the dressing to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
