I never met a chicken wing I didn’t like. Deep fried, baked, grilled or smoked, I’ll take it all. But what makes an okay wing recipe and extraordinary one? It’s all in the rub! I love this rub so much that I make a big jar of it and use it on other chicken, ribs, pork butt and briskets. These wings are marinated for 24 to 48 hours so the flavor is infused all the way to the bones. In this recipe, we will simply bake them.
