BBQ Spice Rub

Let’s be honest: store-bought BBQ rubs are the fast food of the seasoning world—fine in a pinch, but nothing to write a food blog about. You didn’t spend all weekend babysitting a smoker just to sprinkle some mediocre, store-bought dust on your beautiful brisket. This homemade BBQ Spice Rub, on the other hand? This is the stuff legends (and seriously good brisket) are made of.
