Apple Butter Vinaigrette with fresh thyme, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and apple butter, of course!

Tangy, a little sweet, and a little herb-y. This apple butter vinaigrette salad dressing goes so well with crunchy greens, fruit, even roasted vegetables. You kind of want to just drink this salad dressing by itself straight from the bottle. Would you like some salad with your dressing?

Apple Butter Vinaigrette
Every few months, I would get a fresh jar of apple butter. I have only one use for this and that is to make my apple butter vinaigrette. I do prefer to make all my own salad dressings vs buying them pre-made at the market. It’s easy, tastes so much fresher and I can customize it to the way I like it. The combination of fresh thyme, mustard, maple syrup and apple butter adds so many layers to this vinaigrette.
